Best Installation Fixture in Durham NC
The first time that I used Carrboro Plumbing was when they were the only plumbers to come out on a pouring Sunday evening to replace my water heater that had busted and was leaking. They dragged a new water heater though the mud, in the dark, in the heavy rain.
Through the years they have fixed all of my plumbing issues with excellence, intelligence, and politeness. They have been on time and clean up nicely. When unforeseen problems have come up they have calmly found solutions and finished the job. Recently Carrboro Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue that 3 plumbing companies and the County of Chatham could not diagnose or make better. I now have the best pressure I have ever had in the 15 years that I have lived in my house. Before that it was pathetic. They also found 2 leaks that were raising my water bill and stopped septic water that had been backing up in 2 sinks from poorly placed pipes.
I have never regretted calling or being dissatisfied with Carrboro Plumbing. I recommend them without reservation.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.
The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

***EDIT: Although I did not have a great experience, I will say that a few months after this all occurred, the owner of the company contacted me directly, apologized for everything, and gave me a full refund. While it was not a great overall experience, it was eventually made right in the end.***Consumers, beware. I recently paid Streamline to install a new water heater –they did charge more than their competitors to do this type of work, but they had good reviews and I figured I was paying for better quality and better service. Fast forward 30 days later to a Friday evening when I came home to discover my brand new water heater was leaking pretty profusely. I called Streamline and was told a technician would call me back within 15 minutes. Fast forward 3 hours, and no one had called me back. I then called another 10-12 times that evening and night, only to get the same response every time.Note – this is their “answering service” that picks up the calls and is otherwise removed from the company. There is no one at their actual office who can answer the phone and put you in touch with someone. The next day, someone finally calls me back and sends a technician out to me. This was after my water heater had been pouring out water for 16+ hours. Although they advertise on their website that they are open 24 hours a day – this is simply not true and is good ole false advertising. They are a 9 to 5 company, plain and simple.A technician finally comes out to find that a part had cracked on my new water heater and needed to be replaced. He says this is due to the “cold weather” since it is an outside water heater and I would need to pay to replace it since it would not be covered under warranty. Funny how my previous 12-year old water heater withstood much colder winters, and since my new water heater had been installed, there was only one night that even got below freezing temps. So I’m not sure if they don’t know how to properly insulate outside water heaters or if they are just using substandard materials, but either way, I just don’t buy that cold weather caused this problem. After going back and forth, they agreed to not charge me for this repair but told me if they had to come out again for another “cold weather fix” I would have to pay for it. So even though I just paid $2,400 for this brand new water heater, they’re telling me their warranty is basically worthless and they don’t plan on standing behind the work they did. Finally, I have been trying for the past 2+ days to get in touch with a supervisor or someone at the company to tell them about this experience in hopes they would remedy the situation and make it right going forward. No such luck…. If you are hoping to speak to someone at this company, you’ll have a hard time finding anyone. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of home repair service, and I cannot warn enough against using this company. They are twice as expensive as their competitors, perform substandard work, and do not stand behind the work you pay them to do.

Can't say enough good things about Axis Plumbing- everything you would hope for from a plumber. He is quick to respond and has been able to get someone over quickly in cases of emergency. They've been honest and worked with me to save me money whenever possible while still providing a quality repair. Highly recommend!

In my search for a person to do extensive repair work on my old leaking shower, I feel blessed to have found Josh of Dynamic Plumbing. From our very first meeting, I knew he would be my choice for the job. Josh shows up on time and has gone way above and beyond all my expectations. Every day I get an update on what's happening and why. He's handled every step of the repair work with courtesy and perfection. And may I add the price is very reasonable and he cleans up any debris before leaving. I've hired many plumbers in my long lifetime, but none have been this exact and thorough in their work. This is a person who loves his profession, so he is now my forever plumber.

Wake Forest Plumbing was a Best of the Best finalist for the Wake Weekly - 2016. Ironically we have never had a review before on google and unfortunately our first review was negative. During a monthly review of customer satisfaction, this customer was brought up because it had been determined that we did not arrive on time and this customer provided us with feedback that could improve our customer service. A full refund was issued prior to finding this review.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.
