I have used CDK many times in the past but was very disappointed with this service call and will no longer be using them for any plumbing needs. I will find another plumber who does not install upgraded parts without first informing the customer of the huge price difference.

I had another plumbing company shown up for the same issue( provided by home warranty people) . That plumber had no clue what he was talking and asked me hire a demo guy to even assess the leak , what a waste of time.

Super response to my initial request for quote and were out the same afternoon. They explained all that would be done. I got a detailed estimate with full listing of all the steps and work within a couple of hours of the visit.

They were here the next morning to begin work. After locating a drainage culvert and underground utilities they got to work. To locate the sewer line, they used a camera system. They let me know they did not see any issues with the line from my house to the utility's connection point. (An unexpected report and well appreciated.)

Both men answered all my questions. They finished the work, did an excellent job of back filling and cleaning up the debris. The amount of time estimated for the work was 1/2 of a day and finished within that time frame.

I knew replacing a water main is expensive. Based on another quote I had received, Out the Door Plumbing pricing was reasonable for the amount of work done. At all times they were professional and friendly. They had all the supplies and tools necessary (including gravel to do a temporary fix to the driveway).

Rapid response - made getting a backflow preventer inspection and filing it extremely quick and easy - great doing business with them

Recently I had a water leak between the meter and house identified by the surprise large water bill. Company A couldn't come for 5 days but Pipetechs came out the next day as promised, Angelo and Wade diagnosed the leak location, and we worked through the best route to run a new line. They contacted the utility marking guys and began the job they day after utilities and cable locations were marked. On day 1 completed the installation and avoided touching the wife's fav plants. Day 2 they patched concrete driveway, refilled the trench, and put out new grass seed. Meanwhile, I watched another company take over a week to complete the same task for my neighbor.
The technicians kept me informed, worked efficiently, and did even more than promised. I am extremely happy with the finished project and the attention the Pipetechs team gave me. It was a turnkey job. They are at the top of my list if I need service in the future. Thank you

Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
