Helped with diagnosing the issue (clogged faucet) and found another issue (dead expansion tank) in the process that he fixed on the spot. Got an estimate right away for more work, will schedule them again soon. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! These guys were fast and prompt and VERY knowledgeable!! They were able to see me next day for what we thought was minor snaking job. Turned out to be a little more extensive then we thought. They were able to figure out the issue and come up with a solution AND come the next day to do everything needed! I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Our hot water heater failed on Wed. and within 24 hrs., they installed a new heater. The installation is highly professional and the techs were very courteous and thorough.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet.
