I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. They worked hard to free up a technician to get to me quickly, since I had been without hot water for two days. The young man was polite, efficient and was able to get a new hot water heater installed in a few hours.

Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Customer service was horrible. The receptionist was extremely rude and short. She absolutely should not be working in customer service. They overcharge. Would never use again.

I had a toilet reinstalled and the install of a new faucet and disposal. He saw that the main house valve needed replacing. It was old and could eventually flood my basement. Thanks for catching that. Very courteous and was on time. I recommend JD Service and will call again for any future projects or needs.

Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Alejandro came to diagnose an issue with our hot water. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us an estimate for the problem to be solved. The call out fee is very reasonable for ACME. If you call ACME for service, we recommend Alejandro if he’s available.

Great service. Repaired my broken water main cutoff valve and fixed my leaking tub. They had to order a part and come back due to unforeseen circumstances, but they scheduled to come back around my schedule. Very nice and friendly. Covid compliant and wore masks when in the house. Reasonable fees, came to what I expected. Definitely recommend and would call them again.

Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.

Bb plumbing was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Seth was thorough, and took me through each issue I had in a simplistic way to ensure I understood what was going on, and more importantly, what his recommendation was & why. I will be calling Bb again when it's time for a plumber.

We have called Jordan Plumbing for several projects now and each time service was above and beyond our expectations. Worth every penny.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
