I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We had Ethan scheduled for some final plumbing work on one of our job sites. He showed up on time and had the job done quickly. Our client was happy to have his toilet and vanity sink back in working order. Will use Joseph Rose plumbing on our future jobs.

Dalton of Bar D was great to work with during our replacing kitchen sink and disposal. We had a couple of unanticipated problems which Dalton handled efficiently and with a good attitude. We will definitely call Bar D with any future plumbing problems.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

April in the office is courteous & professional. So pleasant to deal with. Ryan arrived exactly when expected & was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He installed a new kitchen faucet & a new laundry sink & faucet, while also repairing a leak in our upstairs bath. Ryan carefully explained everything he had to do and what costs to expect. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We contacted Sparrow and Sons because the toilet in our master bathroom was not flushing properly. They spent about 5 minutes at our house (literally). They walked into the bathroom and then out to our septic tank. They opened the cover to the tank, told my husband that it was full and said that there was nothing they could do for us since they don't do work on septic systems. That was all well and good. At least we found out what the problem was. But they charged us $225 for the visit for doing absolutely no work!!! And they charged us for checking the sewer line when they had done nothing of the sort!! This was outright highway robbery. We did get them to drop the charge to $175. But it was still ridiculous to charge that much to do nothing except tell us that there was nothing that they could do. We will never use them again.

I called after seeing a sign near Grove Barton road and received a very fast response. Not only were they responsive to my request in a quick manner but arrived in a quick manner also.

Carl was professional, knowledgeable, on time, straightforward, respectful, and personable. He explained the issues and the corrective actions that he took. Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Carl was thorough and efficient. He completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

The service I received from Drain Right Services was second to none and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service. It also was appreciated that the pricing was very fair.

I would highly recommend them for you plumbing and drain needs. I hope I never have another plumbing and drain issue, but if I do, they have earned my business for sure.

These guys are amazing. We had a drain problem at our house... spent $350 with ARS, a full day with the city, and then Rob comes out at 7PM just to see if he can help and within an hour has everything fixed for under $175. Knowledgable, couteous, fast, and best of all, THEY GET THE JOB DONE! Thanks guys!!

My experience with Jordan Plumbing was entirely positive. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and set immediately to work. When he encountered what I thought would be a major problem, he quickly found a solution I hadn't considered.
It's a joy watching a master at work. He completed the job in less time than I had anticipated. Jordan will be my first call when a plumbing need arises.
P.S. his prices are very reasonable..

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
