After Hours replaced an old electric tank heater in an unheated tool shed with new Rheem main + point-of-service tanks in crawl space. In the planning stages, Doug Jones was attentive to our requirements, offered a variety of options, and helped us pick the solution that best fit our needs and budget. Scheduling and communication were excellent. Installation day was a very positive experience. The installation crew was positive, friendly, and willing to explain their work and answer questions. The work was done quickly and expertly. We are thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing.

Very responsive to my issue for a faucet with low water pressure. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. There was a small issue with the estimate but the owner called to help correct it. I would use them again and recommend their services

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Parker and Ryan are the absolute BEST. They came out on a Friday to give me a quote for running power to my husband's building. I told them what I had in mind and they gave me a few different options to choose from. Monday morning they were back to install everything. They were personable, knowledgeable and professional and my husband was very happy with everything. I highly recommend using Blantons.

Jerry and Jared arrived in Wake Forest 6/4/19 to determine source of water flooding our crawl space. Jerry went into the crawl space and thru the smaller entry to the laundry crawl space. Found the leaking connection and replaced it quickly!

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Bernie repaired our garage frame, front door railings and did indoor repairs and put up curtain rods. The work was very professional and reasonably priced. He and his son are also very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him for indoor and outdoor jobs at your home.

I highly recommend PipeTech Plumbing. Had my hot water heater and the pressure relief valve (PRV) replaced. Response was quick, the office staff courteous. John L the plumber was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very efficient. For all my future plumbing issues PipeTech and John L will be my go-to-plumbers.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. My experience with Royal Touch Company and JP has been fantastic. He was referred to me by an associate for home repairs and I could not have been more pleased with his service. The major jobs he completed in my personal home was repairing tile and repairing subfloor. I had an additional list of small projects and JP completed them quickly, completely, and professionally. His pricing is great for the quality of work he provides. As a realtor, it is also important to be able to refer someone with integrity to my clients and JP fits the bill!

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price. I will use them for my next plumbing project. Highly recommend them.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
