PlumbServ was out to my house within an hour of me calling the office. They fixed the leak immediately for a fair price. They also noticed a kinked hvac condensation line while they were in the crawl space and notified me so I could repair it.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

This is our second experience with this company for water heater issue. Professional service from the time of the appointment scheduling to the meeting with the technician. The technician was very friendly and competent. Highly recommend!

We received three quotes to replace our 20 year old gas water heater. Lane plumbing gave a quote 15 and 30% lower than companies we had used in the past, but we were impressed with Mr. Lane's helpful knowledge and felt comfortable entrusting his crew to do the job. Marc was the plumber who did the install, and we were very impressed with his skill and thoroughness in doing the job. We would definitely use Lane Plumbing in the future. (It turned out that there was a miscommunication on the original quote, which still would have been below the next higher quote, but Mr. Lane resolved it in our favor.) Thank you Lane Plumbing!

Walter, the Project Manager that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He clearly explained my product options, pricing and the process. The excellent customer service was greatly appreciated.

Super quick turn around! I called and someone was out here within 15 mins to immediately help with our sewer back up issue. Fixed the problem within a couple hours of the issue occurring and recommended easy fix to our problem (roots growing inside sewer main). Definitely recommend!

The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful.  Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly.  Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable.  Dicky went above and beyond.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

Excellent service ! Great consultation, everyone I spoke with here was very professional and very informative , they took the time to explain everything and I did not feel like they were taking advantage , their pricing was also very fair , and Bill I believe was the one that came to my house , was right on time and did a great job servicing my water heater , and while talking to him I mentioned a small issue I was having and he took some extra time and looked at my issue and resolved it and was upfront about the charge for it and was very fair ! I would highly recommend using them !

This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
