Best Gas Water Heaters in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

Had a pinhole leak in a water line. Found these guys from a next door referral. I texted them the details and Sam responded promptly. They set up an appt time and came out same day, within 2 hours of me reaching out. Kaylee did a great job to fix the problem with minimal delay, despite having to use tools in a very tight space. Nolen was there to assist and learn. Hard to find service like that these days. It is much appreciated.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. These guys are great. Had a main water line break that Mike and Leroy repaired quickly. They know their stuff and were easy to get along with. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
