I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

ARS installed our new HVAC system about two years ago. When it stopped working last week, we had them come back to see what was wrong. Some drainage tubing was clogged, and the total bill for the repair was $450.42. The part which they replaced cost less than $50 on Amazon. It was an easy enough job that I could’ve done it if I weren’t out of town. We never experienced a problem with clogged piping in all the years that we had our previous HVAC system, which makes me wonder whether ARS did a subpar job on the original installation of the new system. I don’t think that we will use ARS again, and I will discourage our neighbors from using them as well, as their prices are too expensive and their workmanship appears to be poor.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Called Legacy yesterday at 4:42pm and they came out this morning at 9:30am. Willie was great, professional, fast, friendly and had a great smile! Just over $100 to fix our issue at the office. Will definitely use them again!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Our rental property AC stopped working on a Friday so I googled service companies and chose the highest rating one. They first said the next day, but informed us there was no technician the next day and then the same on the third day (excuse was it was weekend which is understandable) and finally got someone on the fourth day. The technician quickly found out that we need a new blower and estimated cost $1522 with $57 off coupon on their site. I thought that was really hefty and tried to ask him to break down to labor and parts. But he says that their company does not do that and the price is firm and non-negotiable. It was a hot day and the tenant had endured a few days so I had no choice but accept it. If it were for myself living there, I would have had shopped around. It took him a couple of hours to get the part and fixed the problem. The invoice I got shows the part itself is only $260! The labor cost $1262 seems to be extremely steep. So I googled the cost for replacing a blower. The average total cost including parts is $450 and upto $800 for big blowers. Our blower is only a small 1/2HP for a 1600 sq foot house.

Called to inquiry about services and before I even explained my issue and desired updates she told me they do not do residential. Their website clearly indicates they do so they need to change it. Very misleading!

This was an emergent situation. They were so nice and responsive. It was installed the next day. Nice people also.

Edwin came out to help our family right when we needed it! It was after hours on a very cold night, and he came quickly and worked efficiently to get the job done! He was also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this plumbing company to everyone!

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs
