David is great! He’s done multiple jobs at our house and is always punctual, professional and his prices are reasonable. He also guarantees his work which is reassuring. The work he has done for us has always been as quoted or less than the quote which shows his integrity and honesty! He has come to our house promptly for emergencies too. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.
