Don't bother with going to anyone else in the Carrboro area. Carrboro Plumbing needs to be your first call. The reps are very nice and explain what is happening. Eric is responsive and the office team keeps you in the loop. Will they be able to come immediately? Maybe. Maybe not. But that is the nature of the plumbing business and not a fault. They will be much more responsive than anyone else and in the end you will be MUCH happier. All the others in the local area were all too willing to charge me $3k to $6k for a new water heater but any repair put me on the wait list. Carrboro Plumbing was out the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction for a 10th of the cost.

I was having trouble with my kitchen sink and called these guys and I’m thrilled I did. Matt was very responsive and extremely professional. Not only did he fix the issue he also explained to me why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Also after concluding his repair he cleaned up the sink area. These guys are now my go to plumber!

We had a really good experience with this company installing an icemaker in our kitchen. We were surprised how many plumbers we called that actually wouldn’t install it, ended up finding plumbserve on a Google search and they said they could do it. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Wow. CW (Curry) and Ethan installed a Rinnai tankless water heater at my house today. We merged two independent hot water supply lines to make one recirculating line. Other plumbers weren’t even willing to entertain doing that, but CW was more than willing to step up to the challenge. It works to perfection. I can be picky about wanting things to be done right, and CW and Ethan exceeds my expectations. I was most impressed.

Tray helped us install a whole house water filtration system and RO. He is extremely professional at his craft, takes care of the his work to the highest degree. He is friendly and well versed in all types of plumbing. He gave us a good price compared to the market and did an exceptional job. Highly recommend

Dan and his team are prompt, professional and very thorough. I've had them complete multiple large (and small) jobs in the two homes I've owned and won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. His team assessed a cracked pipe in my front yard and fixed it as well as installed a new water heater recently. Dan trusts his team and then came back personally to check their work before considering the job done. Highly recommend.

Garrett Kellogg replaced some faulty GFICI outlets. While he was here, he also reviewed our electrical system to alert us to other issues we may face in the future. He was professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Twice in a month had to contact for commodes . First time they were out within a day of calling . Never tried to sell more than needed.

And was able to give me great feedback on some effective points for upcoming projects we will be taking on as we expand our home.Tristan was able to sure up our safety measures on our electrical and get me prepped for next phase of the garage/shop space.

Called Axis Plumbing for a quote to install a dishwasher earlier in the week and unlike other companies I'd called, Axis was able to give me a price instead of a price range. I was scheduled for a set time, no time range , and received two texts confirming the appointment - one the day before and one 30 minutes before the appointment letting me know Mike was on the way. Durung the appointment, Mike was very professional and talked me through what he was doing. He finished in record time and cleaned my floor before he left! He was detail oriented and I felt like he was taking care of my home, the same way he would take care of his. Home renovations can be very stressful, so I am very thankful that Axis Plumbing does what they say are going to do, when they say they will do it. Definitely a great experience and I would highly recommend to others.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
