I was fortunate enough that my Home Warranty Company put me in touch with After Hours Plumbing. My experience with obtaining contractors through the warranty is very up and down, but that's my experience when I've tried to vet and locate contractors on my own as well.

This outfit though..... Top notch! They didn't keep me or my wife waiting, were on time, performed the job quickly and effectively but most importantly GREAT PEOPLE. Smaller company with under 10 employees means that they value character in the people they bring on as employees and coworkers. THAT STILL MEANS SOMETHING TODAY.

Alfredo (just a good dude- great hair too!) was incredibly informative and honest about the CPVC pipes that are littered throughout my house. Was not only able to replace with PECS but give me an honest answer to some of my concerns about how the previous owner had repaired previous problems.

Peace of mind is something that is hard to come by these days. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had plumbing issues with sewage line, called this company and they were her within 30 minutes. The 2 gentleman was very polite and went right to work. They also advised us to call the Durham water company who also arrived within the hour. Their fee was very reasonable! Would definitely advise anyone with plumbing issues to give them a call.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

Very responsive, kept me informed of their timeline, and the technicians worked efficiently as a team to identify and effectively address our drainage line issues, on a Sunday afternoon!
