Mark was an excellent plumbing technician. My main focus was creating more open space around the plumbing and gas lines. Mark made this his focus in addition to making sure installation was done correctly and addressed all safety concerns. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

We called Bernie for work done to upgrade and repair a hall bathroom. Bernie was easy to work with, was timely and flexible with scheduling when we had some delays (due to materials), and did a great job. We will definitely call on him again!

I was trying to replace a kitchen faucet but as soon as I began to loosen the line from the valve, the pipe broke where it threads into the cold water line. I made calls to multiple plumbing companies, but most were understandably booked for the day. Wake Forest Plumbing called me back within a couple hours and said they had someone available to head my way. Austin arrived shortly after and tried one option that didn’t work due to having older pipes. He explained my other options then quickly went to work on cutting out and replacing that section of pipe. In no time he was done and I had water again. I can’t say enough about how responsive and courteous Austin and Wake Forest Plumbing were, and the cost of the repair was fair and probably less than I’ve paid others to do easier jobs.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.
