Don't bother with going to anyone else in the Carrboro area. Carrboro Plumbing needs to be your first call. The reps are very nice and explain what is happening. Eric is responsive and the office team keeps you in the loop. Will they be able to come immediately? Maybe. Maybe not. But that is the nature of the plumbing business and not a fault. They will be much more responsive than anyone else and in the end you will be MUCH happier. All the others in the local area were all too willing to charge me $3k to $6k for a new water heater but any repair put me on the wait list. Carrboro Plumbing was out the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction for a 10th of the cost.

Replacing a kitchen faucet should be simple, but alas, I have found it very difficult to find plumbers that will work on mobile homes. Most plumbers have expected me to reinstall a whole new piping system underneath my home. When I objected, they reluctantly agreed to making simple hose connections, but with an astronomical estimated cost. Is it that hard for a plumber to connect pipes? 'After Hours Plumbing' took care of the problem without the fuss at half the cost. They are wonderful!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Our hot water heater died on Friday afternoon and Full Stack Plumbing answered the phone (thanks Samantha!), discussed the issue with us, and got us squeezed in for a quick and easy replacement. They stayed in touch, called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done. Very nice people, professional, and great at what they do. We had been without hot water for 3 weeks, even though we had been working with one company to fix/replace the hot water heater. I called Bull City Plumbing in hopes to get a second option on what the issue was. Tray came by within the hour. He was able to manually lite the pilot light which fixed the problem. However, because of the age of the hot water heater and we had been looking to replace the Apollo system, we had Tray replace the existing hot water heater with a free standing gas hot water heater. Tray presented us with reasonable options. He was on time with the next appointment to install the new water heater, of which works great!. In addition, we had notifications regarding the appointment and knew we were in good hands. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Tray and everyone we had contact with at Bull City Plumbing. We highly recommend this company!,

Too pricy

CDK plumbing is fabulous! I highly recommend them. We have been dealing with water heater and hot water issues since building our house 2.5 years ago. CDK was our third plumber and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately and worked with us to resolve the issue which involved a new water heater and recirculation pump. And the underlying issue was something the builder's plumber should have been aware of + the inspector who didn't catch it.

Eddie Sherman and Ayden Perez installed a dedicated circuit for our refrigerator. The were both highly competent and very personable.

Cahile and has helped me resolve leaks and repairs on several projects. Excellent quality work. Will get it done!

I attempted to call a few plumbers before reaching Lane plumbing in the listings. The first few did not answer the phone mid day. When I got to Lane plumbing the phone was answered, which showed me they actually wanted business. I asked if my job was considered too small and if they did residential work. It was explained that my request could be accommodated and an approximate cost was given. I was also asked for photos so that we could be sure we were on the same page and the plumbers could be sure to be prepared. I was told that the work could be scheduled the same day or the next since it was already close to noon. I received a call within an hour or two stating that the job could be scheduled the same day and they could arrive in about an hour. They arrived right at an hour later and once I showed them the issue and gave a little more information on possible access points, they went right to work and before I knew it they were done, very quick work. The price came in as quoted and the work was efficient and great workmanship. I would recommend Lane Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I am a DIYer but definitely think this job was worth paying for.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I’ll be using their services again!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
