Chris does a great job!

David repaired a leaky joint by the expansion tank on my dad's water heater last year. I am sure it was a minor job for him, but to my 90+ year old dad, no plumbing project is minor. I happened to stop by while he was still there, and appreciated Dave's patience with my dad's questions.

So, after I took a refreshing cold shower :-( this morning, I contacted him for help. I told him the make/model of the unit and he said he would gather the parts he suspected he would need, and come over.
He called back in a few minutes and told me where the RESET button was hidden.
We agreed I would give that a try, and let him know... and it WORKED.

He could have had a _Sunday_ house-call fee... but chose not to.

When my water heater finally does fail, I will not hesitate to call him to replace it.

Nate was really knowledgeable, professional and personable. He diagnosed the causes of two different issues, gave a fair price estimate, and fixed the issues quickly. I’ll definitely use him again!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Remarkably good and honest. Here's one story that illustrates:

- We had raw sewage coming out of our basement drain - the result of some odd plumbing decisions made by a prior owner combined with a grey water system modern houses don't have (our house was built in the 1930s)

- Given the odd setup, the team initially tasked with our house decided to bring in Curry, the firm's owner, for additional perspective. On his first visit (the firm's second), he outlined a fairly extensive (and expensive!) rerouting of the plumbing. We readily agreed to that.

- But Curry acknowledged that he wasn't sure - and asked if he could return again with additional equipment before we moved forward. Of course, we agreed. On his return, Curry was able to identify the odd but generally workable setup that had caused the original problem and confirm that so long as a key pipe that had become blocked up is properly maintained, the multi-day plumbing exercise we'd been braced for was not needed.

My soninlaw works here...no seriously they do great work and stand behind their work and dont charge a lot for their work ! :)

Had a main water supply line break and called 3 different companies to come out and assess the situation. One company never returned the call. The other company called back 2 days later and said their crew was on the way over but wanted to know how much pipe they needed to bring. I asked them to come out and inspect what the problem was first but they refused. Stated they could come run new pipe that day but if I wanted just an estimate, it would take them 3 weeks to arrive!!

But luckily the 3rd company was CDK Plumbing. Dan came out and found the leaking pipe. I did not have to run a new line since he found the leak was not under my concrete slab. Dan and his crew dug up the pipe, found the leak and repaired it in a couple of hours. They even came in and cleaned out the faucet heads which collected sand debris from the leak. And his price was very reasonable. I have no doubt that any other plumber in this area would have charged me twice as much than CDK Plumbing. I can not say enough great things about Dan and CDK. This company is very honest and professional, they will be the first plumber I call in the future. Don't hesitate to hire CDK over any other plumber in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs or surrounding areas!

Jason Hare came to fix an electrical issue with our dryer and did an amazing job! He took a lot of time to explain everything to me and made sure the wiring was all done correctly. Will definitely use this company again.

Very pleased. Fair price, immediate service with 4-man crew to get 2 water heaters replaced with one in an attic. Guys were nice, polite, and concerned about keeping our house clean and not damaged.

Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Excellent Superior service. I would definitely call him again in the future. He and his company are people oriented, they were very professional and courteous. They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that.
