We woke up to a cold shower- not a great thing! After a couple of attempts ourselves to relight the pilot on the water heater we decided to call a plumber. I called our heating/AC guy and he referred PlumbServe. I spoke with PlumbServe receptionist & she assured me she would get someone to help us that same day. Within an hour I received a call from Sam. Sam and his teammate Seth showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. We were immediately put at ease. They went to work and identified the problem within just a few minutes!!! They performed some long overdue maintenance as well and got it back up working in no time! I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I chose Bull City Plumbing due to their positive reviews, and boy am I glad! Kenny came out very quickly to check out my water heater and determined that my thermostats were shot. He came prepared with everything he needed and replaced both thermostats right away. Just as a precaution, he pulled the top heat element out so we could inspect it and it looks like new, so we decided to leave that alone. I am very happy with how fast the work was done, how I was treated and how fair the price was. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone!

Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.
