Outstanding service and honest pricing. I had two other plumbing companies quote me 1700 to 2300 to repair a leaking shower faucet. They all said they couldn’t replace the cartridge, etc.
well David showed up and he replace the cartridge and fixed the issue for under two hundred. He was responsive and he knows what he’s doing. An honest plumber and honest business. No gouging like other plumbing companies.

We had a time crunch issue and were able to quickly take care of it. Matt and Nate were both very helpful and professional.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

We had the pleasure of reaching out to Streamline to help troubleshoot a faulty wiring/lighting issue. Ron Jaimes was able to come out and help us in less than 24 hours from when we reached out to Streamline and was extremely helpful. He was diligent in attempting to isolate the problem and was able to provide a quick repair once the problem was found. He communicated to us along the way what he was looking at and why and able to explain to us what the overall problem was ensuring we knew what was fixed and making sure we were confident the problem was finally resolved! Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Have used Devlin on 2 separate occasions with great results. Highly recommend them for jobs both large and small.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
