David with Plumbing Services of Raleigh has handled several plumbing issues we've needed at our house in Raleigh. Service is top notch, pricing is clear and fair, happy to recommend.

The American Home Shield assigned a plumbing technician Nick Pleasants come to my home and suppose to repair the Toilet and the upstairs two shower tubs cartridge, garbage disposal, and the master bath aerator. I have requested the After Hours Plumbing and Pump company to wear the shoe protective cover before walk into my home. The plumbing technician his name is Nick Pleasants did wear the protective shoe cover when he left his service truck and walk through the dirty driveway and the dirty garage floor and try to walk into my home with the white carpet. I give him the clean paper towel to clean the bottom of his protective shoe cover and he don’t like it. When he walk into my home and look at the Toilet and the upstairs two shower tubs, garbage disposal, and the master bath aerator and refuse to repair any of the above items and make the un-professional judgement to report to American Home Shield that all of my claim is not covered by American Home Shield Home Warranty Nick provided un-professional and non experience judgement and not listen to the home owner explaining the problems and refuse to repair and said they are existing condition and refuse to repair. I purchased the home repair insurance over one month ago and if something not working that according to the American Home Shields should be cover by the home repair warranty. Nick Pleasants not doing his job and not perform any repair and not following the customer instruction to wear the protective shoe cover before step inside the customer home and provided the faulty information to American Home Shield and not performing any service repairs. I will stronger not recommend Nick Pleasants from After Hours Plumbing and Pump company to provide any plumbing services to any Home Owners.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

They had a Saturday appointment,
which was amazingly helpful. Curry showed up promptly with the time they told me. He quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed our leak with very little problems. The price for the visit was definitely reasonable. I've been charged way more by other plumbers who were far less effective or clean.

Update: I used Full Stack again. Mitchell was great. Explained everything he did and showed me everything worked with no problems. Great, reliable service again and a reasonable price! If you live in the Pittsboro are, and need plumbing, you gotta use Full Stack.

These guys are great. Had a main water line break that Mike and Leroy repaired quickly. They know their stuff and were easy to get along with. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

I'm really grateful for streamline services. Last week, Jaden replaced my garbage disposal and after joining the monthly maintenance membership, I was able to quickly schedule an HVAC maintenance visit with Jon. Both Jaden and Jon patiently talked me through their assessments, showed me pictures and explained my options without pressuring me to make a decision. They were incredibly kind and answered all my questions and concerns. Both service calls have left me feeling great about choosing to work with streamline services. I've appreciated how communicative they are, including sending messages with information about who to expect, calling ahead of time with ample time, and emailing all the information they've discussed with me after the appointments. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

I had a plumbing Issue I called two plumbing companies and they never fix the problem. So I called Devlins plumbing company they sent out a plumbing named Billy Who fixed the problem and gave me a very very fair price. I recommend Devlins very Strongly . Dawn

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
