Quick and efficient service, checked out our sump pump and crawlspace which had been flooding recently due to rain, and the flooding was flipping the HVAC off (losing heat in the winter is no fun!). They diagnosed the issue and redirected the discharge pipe, and made sure the pump was working before they left. Scheduling wise, they were understandably very busy with recent storms in the area, but they did manage to squeeze us in in the evening, and they kept in touch with updates, so can't really ask for anything more than that. Would recommend these guys, thanks!

We had some concerns about tree roots very close to our sewer line and scheduled a camera inspection. Hutch was very pleasant on the phone and was able to schedule the inspection within a few days with Zach. Zach was very professional and polite and told us his findings after the inspection. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We decided to go ahead with the repair and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. He was very respectful of our property and worked very diligently. I didn’t catch the name of the other worker, but he did a fantastic job alongside Zach. They also hydrojettes the line to clean out the buildup. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommended Out the Door Plumbing!

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.
