This company is very service and customer oriented. I had a problem with my shower draining properly. Technician Dalton came out and resolved the issue. Very professional and cordial. I will certainly use them again.

Zach checked our two outside water meters, as requested, and he explained how to turn the irrigation system and interior house water off, if needed.

The team provided great service and explained all steps taken while cleaning the pipes.

Our water main valve handle became inoperative Thursday evening with the water turned off. Called Roto-Rooter immediately, and the plumber arrived in less than an hour. The faucet was old, and he had to get parts from Lowes. The repair was difficult but he completed the job that evening. We had our water back and a serviceable cut off we can rely on.

David was super prompt, professional and friendly. Took about an hour total to get a new sump pump installed.

We’ve been dealing with leaks for a few months at our older home. We called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate to repipe our house since our house’s polybutylene pipes had begun to fail. Jeffrey Jordan came out to walk through the house, explain clearly what the process would look like, and gave us an estimate. They were very accommodating and got us in to repipe the whole house on the subsequent Saturday (we made the initial call on Monday). We were so grateful that they were able to get us in so quickly. Jeffrey and his team came on time and worked very efficiently to get the whole repipe done in one day. They were also polite and communicative, keeping us updated with their progress and answering any questions we had. They cleaned up all the dust and other debris from cutting into the drywall to fix the pipes before they left and also referred us to a contractor who was able to come by and repair the drywall at a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using Jordan Plumbing in the future.

Quick response to a broken water line that was flooding the crawlspace. Further inspection showed that hot water heater in the kitchen needed replacing as well, and that it too had damaged the floor beneath.Installed new unit in a Aquahut outside of house. No need to worry about any more damage if it ever leaks, and freed up space in the kitchen.Very happy with the job, and nice to have the water heater outside now.
