This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

Called to inquiry about services and before I even explained my issue and desired updates she told me they do not do residential. Their website clearly indicates they do so they need to change it. Very misleading!

Gotta change my review. They just quoted me over $300 to unclog a drain. $300. I waited a day, and an independent plumber came out and did it for $100.Roto Rooter has permanently lost my business.Their plumbers also try to pressure you into writing good reviews.Wow. $300. Plus some garbage drain cleaner stuff at $60/gallon. You guys are just taking advantage of less knowledgeable people.

The call to Jordan Plumbing was due to an issue (we found out) with the shower surround not being caulked - and water got behind the wall and mold was coming out the side of the wall. Jeffrey showed up at the house (after we paid $99 for the assessment and gas). We were not told in advance what their tiers of service charges were - my daughter paid an additional $429 for Jeffrey to Recaulk tub & shower (which were one in the same). AND, the mold on the wall was not removed! I received a call yesterday from their office and no adjustment was offered - but they did offer to come out and take care of the mold - NO THANK YOU! This is outrageous! Yes, the service fee was discussed, because I had to pay it in advance, but your tier of fees were NOT discussed. My daughter said that after the tub was caulked, she received the bill. Just not fair!

Had some minor issues with the hot water heater. The service guys were on time and very helpful with resolving the issues which were error user on my part. I have used Brown Brothers for years and always had great service.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Had the water main pipe to break in my driveway called other plumbing companies they wanted to charge me just to come to my hose for an estimate not Jones Plumbing. Jacob was very professional he updated me on what was going on with every new process and showed me where the problem was and how they were going to complete the steps. Assured me the job would be completed in one day and he did just that even worked right through the rain. He's hard working very diligent, professional so was his employee. I will Definitely use Jones Plumbing again in the future!!! I will reccomend to my family and friends.

Wallace came in and provided solid, honest work to help fix and rework some plumbing in our master bathroom. He also offered advice for some future work we plan to have done in the coming months. I would not hesitate to call A & A Plumbing back for future plumbing needs.

I have used A&L plumbing for 10 years to check the back flow preventer for our irrigation system. They have always been friendly, professional and easy to work.
