Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

Did a great job, and free advice on a couple of other issues.

Had roots growing in the sewer clean out tap. They had a tough time digging down to get the pipe out. The clean out tap was located in a space with limited access. Had all the utilities come out and mark where lines ran before they started. Had to put on a new T section and new pipe and flush out the line after the root removal. Good job!

We had an issue with a blockage in the lines causing our toilets to bubble and then stop flushing. The service department person was friendly and responsive. Daniel came out within an hour of my call. He was quick and thorough in checking for the issue and the clog resolved while he was here. Though he spent some time and poured clog remover down several drains, he didn’t charge me. That’s the type of person who builds trust with customers. Daniel will definitely be the person I want to come out should I have issues in the future. Great experience with Roto-Rooter!

Jordan Plumbing was really great! We had an emergency clog that turned out to be a mainline sewer problem that they diagnosed quickly and accurately, and then fixed quickly. They're really responsive; I hadn't ever used them before and called them at 4:00 PM, and they were able to come at 8:00 AM the next day. They were professional, on-time, responsive, and charged really reasonable prices. Am planning on using them going forward, and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, their team provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship. The price for their services was very reasonable and competitive. I had received quotes from other plumbing companies, and Metro Rooter's prices were the most reasonable. Additionally, their pricing was transparent, allowing me to understand how much I would be charged for the services provided.

Never showed to do the job even after confirming twice, would no longer answer the phone after he was 2 hours late. If I could give no stars I would. Don't call them if you need anything done promptly.
