We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

We had a pipe 'burst' in the middle of the night. After getting the water turned off and calling the insurance company I started researching plumbers. Bull City had rave reviews so I gave them a ring even though they aren't 24hrs/day because I was willing to wait for exceptional service. Someone actually picked up (at 5am!) which was amazing.

The work completed was good (it ended up not being a very complicated issue) but we did have some issues on the first visit. HOWEVER, the owner himself came to make things right. His professionalism and commitment to honest, good work was very admirable and I am happy with the service he provided. I believe our original issue was an anomaly and am confident that Bull City will continue to live up to it's reputation.

Arrived during the time window he said he would, and quickly identified and fixed the issue causing our toilet to make a gurgling sound (stuck/faulty sink air admittance valve). Priced fairly and was very nice. Will definitely use him again!

Good communication and excellent service. Scheduled CDK Plumbing to come out and replace a water heater. Scheduling was easy and price was better than most. They adjusted the quote based on several changes to things that I requested, including a replacement of the main water shutoff valve. They arrived on time and were efficient and courteous about getting the water heater replaced. Would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Great company, James was an awesome technician. Fixed our A/C and it was amazing having a company that could solve all three potential issues (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) on our side; when our HVAC initially went down, I hired separate HVAC and electrical contractors which was expensive, inconvenient, and led to finger pointing. Jimmy is pretty darn awesome. My husband and I bought a renovated house and got the surprise of major plumbing issues and backups. Lane Plumbing was called for a second opinion vs. a major chain and thank goodness we called. The sewer line had to be replaced and Jimmy quoted well under the competition. He answered my incessant questions and calmed my fears every step of the way. I washed clothes today for the first time with no issues. This was more a case of service than repair (there are multiple possible reasons why the problem arose, so a conclusive fix, if one exists, has to wait), and the service was superb.

This company is great! They were very responsive and handled our issue in a timely manner. They explained the issue, the cause of the issue, and what they were going to do to fix it. The issue was resolved so quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them in the future.

When our old HVAC system gave out (11 yrs old), we needed service to get this thing up and running as quickly as possible.My wife suggested we call the company she see in the area the most calling on our neighbors. So, we call ARS. The good news; they came out promptly, as promised. The bad news; we needed a new system (our system is 11 yrs. old), and repair is temporary, at best and not a sound investment. The Lead Estimator, Adante, came by that evening. Three and a half hours later, we had a good idea of what was available and the differences between the 14 SEER, 16 SEER, and the 17 SEER units.Our selected unit was located in Florida. We were provided a portable window unit, which was nice for the master bedroom, however, the rest of the house was above 90 degrees. After a night or two, we could not take it any longer (mid August in NC; air conditioner out nearly a week). We were allocated an allowance for a hotel stay (Sat. night, Sun. night, & Mon. night - the day of installation).Tuesday morning, life returned to normalcy. Not only is the house cooler, but the cold air smells fresher, feels crisper, cleaner.We are pleased with ARS and their staff. Everyone was kind , courteous, and professional.I will not hesitate to refer customers to ARS. I know they will be treated by the best team available to handle their needs.
