Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Great service - quick, responsive, attentive, and professional. I called to get a gas hot water heater replaced and Brian got back to me (even texted me when he could not reach me via phone) and was very prompt and service minded. He had the most reasonable price and worked with my home warranty company to provide the information needed so I could file a claim accurately. He even answered a number of my questions after the service was completed, including volunteering some valuable maintenance tips. Highly recommended. Their drivers are completely irresponsible. Legitimately ran me off the road full well knowing I was right there. They were going 20mph over the speed limit in a neighborhood road to get in front of me (no one was behind me) and decided to run me off the road just to get one car ahead.

When my AC wouldn’t get any cooler than 83 degrees I called Blanton’s. They sent Brian Broadney out the same day that I called.. Brian got it working and cooling again. He was very prompt, professional and polite. I would call him again.

We had an awesome service provided by the service technician Ray today. I can’t praise enough how good he was. Not only he was friendly to begin with, he was transparent and educated me on what he was diagnosing and what could’ve gone wrong. This was second-opinion request after having a very poor service before Streamline Service. Ray’s service was night and day difference compare to the prior visit from the other company. If you need good quality transparent service, Ray is the guy to go for. Highly recommend their service!

Josh arrived within the time frame promised. He was quick to resolve the issue we had. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to diagnose and treat the issue. His customer service skills are phenomenal and I will not ask for any other serviceman than him in the future if I need to call ARS back for any reason. The sales rep, Steph Love, was also phenomenal. He was personable, worked quickly and diligently, and provided great service.

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!
