David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

Today Matt came out and installed a new shower drain collar in my guest bathroom. That’s not the right name of it but close enough. He was thorough, professional and fast but efficient. I’ve used After Hours before for the exact same issues in my MBR. Grateful to use your company again. Worth the money! Thanks so much!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Very professional wearing a mask. The response time to an after hours emergency was phenomenal. The knowledge and service was so much better than plumbers used in the past. They will be my first and only choice for plumbing needs going forward.

I had a leaking sewer pipe hidden under concrete slab. The water was coming out off the floor when draining water. I removed everything including the dish washer and opened up the drywall. They came over and took their time to evaluate, including flushing sink water repetitively, to see the water came out repetitively, dug outside foundation for 3 minutes, visually inspect everything again and again, call his boss, wait outside for his boss for at least 20 minutes, call the HOA manager (because it's their friend), and wait outside for the HOA manager for at least 20 minutes. In the end I was charged around $190 for the so called evaluation (because they spent 1.5 hours for...I don't know what they did) and then given an estimate of $650 to really find out the problem was. Note that $650 did not include the fix or any other potential damage. What's worse was that, after $190/1.5 hours of the so called professional evaluation, they told me it's a cast iron pipe running perpendicular to the wall, while in fact it's a ABS pipe running in parallel to the wall. If you are in a state of emergency, have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. Oh wait, you can't call them because they will let you wait in order to charge you more thus can't solve your emergency problem. Okay, maybe if you have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. For example, if you want to rip out our golden toilet and throw it away, I think VDH is the company you're looking for! Otherwise, please don't rely on them doing the trouble shooting for you. Because they are going to waste your time, deliberately, and money, also deliberately, and still give you the totally wrong diagnosis.

Justin did a fantastic job at our home. He was there on time and worked like a demon installing the water heater and garbage disposal. He accomplished far more than I thought possible in the time allotted, answering all of my questions with good humor and willingness to be sure I understood. We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

I normally don't post reviews of companies but Warren and Sons was such a pleasure to work with. I had them come out today to troubleshoot what happened to my well and he started with the least expensive solution first but when that didn't work he called me to discuss further options. He was not only pleasant to speak to, but he answered all of my questions and he's reasonably priced. I will be using him a lot more in the future for sure!
