Just had our leaking water heater replaced by Brian. What a pleasure to deal with a professional that knows what he’s doing and seems to really care about the level of service he is providing.Also, very competitive pricing!

The people answering the phone and handling scheduling were extremely courteous in the Durham office. Best customer service experience I've had with a service provider in a long time. We had a complicated blocked pipe situation. Plumber Mike was great. He arrived within the time estimate given. Sleuthed out all of the possible drainage possibilities before explaining what he thought was needed and the pricing. When he was finished with the job he drew a simple diagram of where the pipes that were blocked were laid-out in the house to help explain what happened. He even ran a camera through the pipe after it was clear and gave me the recording on a disc so that we could see it. Pretty cool. He wasvery courteous as well. Their services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Durham, NC location.

Our water heater went out yesterday and CJ came out last night to diagnose the issue. He was very professional and his quick responsiveness to fit us in the busy schedule, so we wouldn’t be out of water the whole weekend! We are so appreciative of his and Bar-D plumbing’s time! Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!

Hutch and his team are the best in the business! We had major outdoor plumbing issues and needed our entire mainline replaced and regraded. They were open and honest on the work that needed to be done and gave a fair and reasonable quote. The work was excellent and done in a day! I highly recommend this team!

Carl was professional, knowledgeable, on time, straightforward, respectful, and personable. He explained the issues and the corrective actions that he took. Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Carl was thorough and efficient. He completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

The service I received from Drain Right Services was second to none and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service. It also was appreciated that the pricing was very fair.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
