The service was fantastic, and the thing that I appreciate most is how hard David worked to save me as much money as possible which DEFINITELY builds trust and makes me more ok spending money on the things that he recommends. I called thinking I needed a hot water heater replacement and what he sold me on was a much simpler solution. I highly recommend him!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I want to sing the praises of Ben Lynch and Trey at Full Stack Plumbing who helped us tremendously when we had a plumbing leak. They did a great job in fixing the problem and were both professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Brian was fantastic! We had a leak through our ceiling due to bad plumbing in our guest bathroom and he was quickly able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. He was very friendly and professional.

From the moment Ethan and Jack (and the electrician) came to our home to inspect both our outside and inside plumbing, they were upfront, gave us knowledgeable and professional advice and never tried to push a service or sales pitch. We are super happy with their services and would happily have them help us in the future.

He was very professional and considerate.Keith came for routine inspection and maintenance of the HVAC. He found holes in the heat exchangers of both units. He showed us on the units and provided several pictures. He explained the issues very clearly and checked for warranties. He arranged for another tech to come ASAP to provide detailed estimates. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

We awoke to backed up showers and toilets. BarD Plumbing came out that morning and fixed the problem. The scheduler kept me informed of times. Mr Jimmy explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I’ve got them on speed dial now if any future work is needed.
