STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, WHAT A RIP OFF!!
I contacted Carrbor plumbing because it had very good reviews, big mistake. Although the technician was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, I truly feel I got over charged. When a customer is asking how much something will cost, then the expectation is that you are giving an accurate estimate. I was told that because of part of my job was unique it was uncertain how many hours it would take but I was given an a worst case scenario of 4 hours I was told the cost would be $600.00. Well the job only took 2 1/2 hours but because of parts that were used my bill was over the estimated amount. If I'm asking for a cost I expect that parts are a part of that estimate. If the plumber has been in this trade for any amount of time he should be able to estimate parts, fairly close at least. Also, the parts mark up was ridiculously high, over double what it would cost to buy them at home depot. The technician also claimed that he changed an aerator on the bathroom sink (because it was corroded) which is absolutely false as I just changed that aerator 2 or 3 months ago with free ones I got from a Duke Energy program. I will never use this company again.

Doug and Nate were very pleasant and courteous while they replaced our well pump. Nate was a younger worker and seemed eager to learn about the trade he was in. Doug is very knowledgeable at what he does and gave us all the information we needed pertaining to the job. Very happy with the work that was done. Very fair on price and would call them back again for any future plumbing issues.

Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Based on my experience with them, don't go with these folks unless you want to pay $ 100 more than other plumbers would charge. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bull City Plumbing was so disappointing that I had to leave a note of warning for future customers. I am a real customer, and had them come out to fix a leak under my kitchen sink on June 8, 2018. Here is the good: they are very responsive on YELP, and actually came when they said they would. And they did the job. And that's where the bad--or I should say exorbitantly costly--start. They put in a 99$ garbage disposal under my sink (i checked the price). They arrived at my house at 9:20 or so, ran to a store to pick it up, came back, installed it, and were out by 10:15. In other words, including the driving to the store to get the item time, they spent less than an hour in my house. The bill was for $ 360.13. Ouch. I got suspicious that it was not itemized, but as a whole item. So I called them, and asked for a clarification since most plumbers charge 100-150 per hour. In other words, the total should have been $250 (which I would have gladly paid). Here was where the difficulty started. The owner (Tray, who had been very charming and funny until then) started referring me to their secretary who answers the phone. She told me to get quotes from other people. I got quotes from two other people who also had five stars on YELP, and it was $ 140 for installing and $150 for installing. I reported it back to them, and they still refused to adjust the price. The secretary actually told me that I was paying for their office, the secretary, insurance, etc. I have been a home owner for 20 years, and have had lots of experiences with plumbers, but this was really disappointing. I gave them lots of chances to do right, but they refused. I think what is particularly disappointing is that I really liked to recommend them for their work, but I think their greedy and frankly unreasonable prices are something that customers should be on guard about. Sadly, avoid unless you want to pay $100 more than you should.

My experience with CDK Plumbing was amazing! Cam was so responsive to our needs. He was quick to help us with our plumbing projects and gave us great, honest advice about choosing a water heater. He also provided quick, affordable service to our sink in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this company's services for any of your plumbing needs.

Wyatt and Richie were great! Blantons is the only company that would come same day AND those young men fixed it,same day! They stayed til 8pm to get it done and when they were done, they cleaned and picked up. Great job, guys!
A much better experience than the last time.

Twice in a month had to contact for commodes . First time they were out within a day of calling . Never tried to sell more than needed.

This morning master bath commode broke ( older home just moved in couple years ago so everything is going at once )...He sent the same professional hard-working gentleman out within an hour! This is the type of service everyone hopes for and fortunately we always get with Lane plumbing

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

I was pleased with the serviceman ARS sent to my residence. Gilberto Olivia was very knowledgeable and professional. He handled and corrected the heating concerns in my home. ARS, have a true gem working for their company.

The folks at Axis are professional experts. We had a toilet leak days after moving into our new place, and after another company came out and couldn't help, we called Axis.
