They were very responsive and I appreciated them driving an hour away to meet me. I asked for a quote on installing a tankless water heater that I had already bought. He gave me a quote that seemed on the high side compared to another quote I received. He also seem to keep pushing a different water heater with a tank. I decided to go with a different installer.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We have had several services done by the CDK Team and all have been great. They are very easy to work with. They show up on time and explain everything that they recommend being done.

Daniel and Mr. Jerry did a fantastic job replacing an old shower valve. They got it done same day as soon as I called. Mr. Lane the owner even called me after the job was completed and talked to me to make sure job was completed to my satisfaction. Lane plumbing is a must and I highly recommend the work they did.

We had Ethan scheduled for some final plumbing work on one of our job sites. He showed up on time and had the job done quickly. Our client was happy to have his toilet and vanity sink back in working order. Will use Joseph Rose plumbing on our future jobs.

I did not have a good experience with Streamline Plumbing. The technician at first said I didn’t have a water pressure regulator, and that I should just call the city. He spent less than 5 minutes on “diagnostics”. I insisted he look again, and he finally found the regulator and supposedly made an adjustment. He never looked at anything inside the house, and didn’t test the inside water flow after adjusting the regulator to see exactly what was going on. Basically, he spent less than 10 minutes at my house and seemed highly uninterested in solving my problem. I was charged $85 for a service call and am no closer to having a solution to my extremely bad water pressure problems than before. Also, scheduling someone out was very difficult. I had to go through the answering service and they made an appointment, then cancelled it, then re-scheduled. It took 5 phone calls to get them out, and they did not provide any diagnostic services or possible solutions. I’m exactly where I was $85 ago, except more frustrated for having my time wasted.

Install team was on time and had everything replaced and working by the afternoon. They were neat, and cleaned up afterward, couldn’t tell they were ever there. Very respectful of our property.

I had my water heater break and with family and no hot water you can imagine the chaos it caused at home. I called multiple plumbers and i either got estimates that were so high that you knew they are taking advantage of my misfortune or they could not fit me in their schedule for another 7 days. When i contact Axis i was first very impressed with candidate and honest discussion. When they realized my family was without hot water they were very generous to fit me in for next morning. The work was outstanding, they had fair price and i felt the transparency was amazing. They did an amazing job to clean up the layout of all the water lines, place the new water heater in right spot to help me adjust the temperature much easier then the builder had done, and cleaned everything before leaving the job. I would highly recommend Axis Plumbing to anyone that is looking for great local business that does amazing job, is fair on price and treat you with respect and transparency. Five stars, which I don't often give. In general, competitive pricing and high-quality work. Specifically, we had a gas hot water system installed in our somewhat odd house; potential problems were resolved efficiently, and the rates charged were very good.

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!
