I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We called Curry in an emergency at 9pm, and he was at our place by 9am to fix our problem. He not only fixed the issue but also inspected our crawl space to ensure that there was no further damage.

Streamline is amazing and have a customer for life. Lost our hot water on Thanksgiving, called the day after. Was worried with the holiday they couldn't get to us, but they were at our house an hour after I called. Jaden was our plumber, was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and was happy to teach and explain what he was doing. I like that they text updates and send a picture of the person coming so you know who to expect. We signed up for their membership to get yearly service for plumbing and electric and bi-yearly HVAC. Just so happy with the service they give. They really did help us smile today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.ADDED 12/15/2022: Today we had our first check-up (electrical) with our membership. Jacob was our electrician. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was able to tell me what needs to be addressed without pushing unneeded services on us. Once again, Streamline shows why they deserve my business. So impressed by them!

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!
