He came in identified the problem fixed it and show us what to do if we run into any other issues!!

Had them “fix” our toilet. Wasn’t satisfied and they agreed on their 2nd trip they didn’t fully fix the issue. They wanted more money to fix the original issue, plus money for parts. Not happening. Let them leave. Scam artists. Also they didn’t seem interested in doing anything anyways.

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I absolutely love Total Plumbing LLC. I recently had him do a job for me that required replumbing one side of a quadraplex. This meant tearing out drywall to get to the pipes in the walls and floor of the upper unit. He saved me a lot of time and money by coordinating the entire job of tearing out drywall, replacing the pipes, replacing the drywall, painting, and clean up so that the tenants could move back in quickly saving the company money on hotel costs. If I would have had to coordinate all this myself the cost would have been much higher. Thank you Total Plumbing.

Acme representative gave us detailed estimates for updating our plumbing and plumbing related systems for our whole house.

Called because of bubbling/burping in tub and sinks when toilets flushed. Only looked at clean-out/pipe in front, charged $450 and quoted $9,500 to replace line.Another plumber came and found two more clean-outs under house.Cleaned them out for $225 and no more bubbling/burping.
