Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. I had leak under the sink in the kitchen that was discovered when preparing a large meal for guests. This was on a Saturday night over the Christmas holiday weekend. i put a bucket under the sink to catch the water. I called Jeff and was expecting him to schedule a visit later in the week since this was a busy holiday period. He promptly scheduled a visit and replaced the garbage disposal which was the source of the leak. This was my second interaction with Jeff. He took care of some other plumbing problems several months previously. His prices are fair. The work is first rate and he is always courteous and professional. I have confidence that I have a plumbing problem in the future, day or night, it will be taken care of.

Two residential hose bibs needed to be replaced. 30 minutes after sending web-based service requests to several companies Jone responded. At first I thought the price to replace two hose bibs was a little high but I quickly realized the quote was in-line with what others were charging.

Job was scheduled and completed within 48 hours. I requested a follow-up to correct a very minor oversight and they sent a tech out the next business day to close it out (and this was AFTER I had already paid over the phone).

David T. arrived quickly after our evening call about a shower leaking into the wall. He couldn’t finish the work that night, so he capped things off so we could still have water in the rest of the house. He returned early the next morning to finish the job. Roto-Rooter also sent someone to check for mold. Very happy with the experience.

Day 1: Arrived hour late. Advised that the install is normally $275, but this one (touchless) would cost a little more. Proceeded. Reviewed plumbing and shutoff values. Values under sink were not closing. Advised that the replacing the shutoffs and reconnecting dishwasher and ice maker runs about $450 to $550. Six hours later (8PM), water is leaking under the sink. Agreed to shutoff cold water and resume efforts tomorrow. Day 2: Installed a new icemaker line. Did not resolve the issue. Replaced brand new copper piece from day before. Leak appears to be resolved. Replaced ice maker line again. End of job after 3 hours. Summary: Installed faucet, replaced ice maker line, replaced shutoff values, reconnected dish washer, 9 hours, 4 trips to the hardware store, for a total of $1100 with North Carolina tax.
