Best Broken Pipe in Durham NC

Our water heater was leaking and stopped working. We called around to see who can help us immediately. One place mentioned in three weeks!!
We called Plumbing Services of Raleigh, and David said he could come out the same day. And he did relatively quickly! AND it was his birthday! Talk about great customer service.
He and his team did such a great job, and they were so friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again.

We had a “stub out” blow off in the yard - the builder was supposed to bury it after they built the house- but PlumServe came out and was able to reconnect our water on Labor Day

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!

My pipes were clogged and leaking for 2 years!!! I’ve had numerous plumbers come out and tell me nothing was wrong but i kept getting $400 water bills in a one family home i called 1800plumbers they had a plumber out the next day and found out the toilet stopper had corroded inside the toilet and was continuously running for years they fixed the issue and filled a hole in one of the pipes within hours. Great workers and great customer service will definitely recommend to others.

A faulty installation of a toilet about 6 years ago resulted in a leak resulting in severe damage to the sub floor, floor joists and the vanity. Reagan and his team fully restored the bathroom in a professional manner using high quality components for any necessary replacement items. Roto-Rooter and plumbing is an excellent company. They came out to our church and timely manner assess the situation and was back the next day to make repairs and replacements. Our service technician was Victor he was very professional great guy knows what he's doing he made this inconvenient issue a very tolerable one. Adam came out to our home after 8pm on a Friday to help us figure out a foul smell coming from our laundry room. He was able to quickly pinpoint there was a clog and our drain pipe was pushed down too far. He made sure the pipe was clear before leaving and suggested we use their drain cleaner monthly to help prevent the clog/back up from happening again.
