Don't bother with going to anyone else in the Carrboro area. Carrboro Plumbing needs to be your first call. The reps are very nice and explain what is happening. Eric is responsive and the office team keeps you in the loop. Will they be able to come immediately? Maybe. Maybe not. But that is the nature of the plumbing business and not a fault. They will be much more responsive than anyone else and in the end you will be MUCH happier. All the others in the local area were all too willing to charge me $3k to $6k for a new water heater but any repair put me on the wait list. Carrboro Plumbing was out the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction for a 10th of the cost.

He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!
