I contacted Carrboro plumbing for a quote, and while we ended up self-solving our leak, they were so incredibly responsive and helpful via email. Any future issues we will certainly be using their services!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I work in an interior design studio and our plumbing has never worked properly. A week ago we had someone come out and “fix” the toilet, however it only worked for a few days. When Eugene with Roto Rooter is came out today he not only fixed it but was honest and told us we really need a new toilet.
