I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

CW came analyzed the issues and repaired. He was friendly and professional at all times. We appreciated his work and concern about our being without hot water.

I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

I had a serious plumbing emergency and I honestly did not know how I would handle it. My daughter called RotoRooter and they not only showed up, but they showed up on time. The technician (Marcos) was polite, kind, professional, patient, had an excellent attitude, and he listened! He walked me through the process, showed me what and where the problem was, and he solved my issue. He also took the time to explain what steps I would need to take going forward to make sure my issue did not reoccur. I was hesitant to call - but I am so happy I did!!! My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price. I will use them for my next plumbing project. Highly recommend them.

10 star Rating. Jayk's should be your first call. Awesome customer service, fast repair times and best of all the job gets done right the first time. This has been the BEST experience I have had in dealing with plumbing companies. I manage a rental property and needed a repair for the tenant. It was beyond my knowledge. I called Jayk's on a Friday afternoon. After calling multiple companies and getting the we can come out on Saturday for double the price or we can't make it until next week answers. I left a voicemail and within less than 5 minutes Jason called me back asking about the issue. I explained the situation and text him a few photos. He arrived quickly after and had the problem fixed with as minimal damage to ceiling and drywall as possible. Not only that but his price was cheaper than the others who quoted me for a job they couldn't even do until after the weekend. Jason was very polite and did not belittle me for not being able to get the job done. Jason at Jayk's will be my first call from now on. Truly one of a kind service.

Within an hour, I was notified that someone would come evaluate the problem. My service person was David Guin - he was helpful, pleasant and provided immediate resolution to my problem. Great experience. David was very knowledgeable and determined quickly the problem and the solution. Great Job David Guin -- Great Job Roto Rooter : I will use them again if needed.

Tim was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He made sure that the clog was fully cleared before leaving. He is an excellent technician, competent, very professional and represented the company well.

Replaced my hot water heater (and all the other things needed when the old one wanted to develop a rust hole and become a fountain). Did it efficiently and quickly, very professional. Used them again to change out bathroom faucets and will be using them when I get ready to do the other bathrooms.

After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!

Recently hired Roto-Rooter to unclog a persistent kitchen drain line. Service Tech Erik was efficient and diligently solved my issue. Once the work was completed, he gave some helpful advice that ideally leads to the drain continuing to work well. While I hope to not have to call again anytime soon, I would again without hesitation!
