Best Bathroom Remodeling in Durham NC

The job at my house was a leaky toilet plus a clogged shower drain with the drain cover frozen in place. Not the most challenging job to be sure, but difficult enough that I hadn't been able to fix the problems myself. I was impressed by Carrboro Plumbing's efficiency and responsiveness. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix both problems, and the bill was reasonable. The plumber (Corey/Korey, not sure how to spell his name) was friendly and arrived early. Communication from the office was excellent.

Greg and his apprentice did a great job both fixing my tankless water heater and explaining exactly what they were doing. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Super responsive. Quick turnaround. Fair pricing. What more can you ask for? :)

We called Bernie for work done to upgrade and repair a hall bathroom. Bernie was easy to work with, was timely and flexible with scheduling when we had some delays (due to materials), and did a great job. We will definitely call on him again!

The only reason I'm giving Wake Forest plumbing 2 stars is the fast response to my house. I live in a modular home and had an issue with the main bathrooms shower faucet leaking. The plumbers got here and told me they couldn't fix it I would have to go to Casey's mobile home parts store to buy the peice I needed before they would help me. They were here less than 10 minutes to cap my pipes. Once pipes were caped he said ok you can turn your water back on. Wow. Isn't that why I called you and paying you to service me? My boyfriend literally said to him yeah it's under the house. I paid them $124 for him to tell me go elsewhere to buy a part for plumbing when they are plumbers, for him to cap my pipes, and then him to tell me to turn my own water on. Won't call them again!!!!

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

After we discovered we had a broken water heater early in the morning, I scrambled to find someone that could install a new one that day. I was given Jayk's phone number around noon and Jayk had his technicians to the house that afternoon. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours for a very reasonable price.

Norval and Zach were incredibly professional and kind. They clearly take great pride in their work with great quality service! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Acme Plumbing!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Quick response. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. We called for a plugged drain. It was diagnosed and unclogged with efficiency. We are grateful to H3 Plumbing & Mechanical.

We just had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin, tech# 1718. This was the first time we called Roto-Rooter and used their services. Had an issue with leak in the bathtub. Kevin was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Explained everything we needed to know. He even pet the cats 🙈😂 I highly recommend. Big thanks yous Kevin!!!

I called Jordan Plumbing about 5:00 pm today expecting to get voice mail, but I spoke with the dispatcher who said she would contact the plumber within the hour. Not ten minutes later did I hear from Mr. Jordan who said he'd be at my house in a half hour, which he was. He came in, looked at my sink and the pipes in the basement and proceeded to clear the clogged drain in a few minutes. He gave me some sage advice about the layout of the pipes as well. I know I will call Jordan Plumbing first the next time I need plumbing help. Fast, efficient, personable.

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
