Just a real great operation. We needed some water heater help. They checked the issue, offered a repair, applied the fix, tested, good to go.

Josh was very knowledgeable. He immediately noticed that our air conditioner fan was rotating backwards. It had probably been this way since installation about 8 years ago (not installed by Streamline). He fixed it. Now it won’t cost us a fortune to run the air conditioner as it had been. He explained what was happening very well.

The Bar-D crew arrived on time, were very professional, explained the work completed, cleaned-up exceptionally well before leaving. Very polite and personable. Excellent workmanship!

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

I had my bathroom remodeled by Bernie and Seth and I am very happy with their work. They took out a large window and tub and installed a smaller privacy window with a walk-in shower and bench. They took out the old narrow shower and built shelves for a linen closet area. They used my existing vanity but were able to raise its height to a more comfortable level. They tiled the shower, the bench and the floor. They did a great job!

super happy with the service and professionalism of this company. From George to Mark and all of the team that helped to plumb a new natural gas line for our new cooktop and fireplace logs. They were clean, methodical and polite throughout the entire process. New natural gas and 5 new sinks later, we couldn't be happier!

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

The technician, Lou, arrived as scheduled. He asked questions, listened patiently, made some adjustments and offered advice at no charge. Holding back 5th star until his advice pans-out but am pleased Jayk's business

Both times, the service has been highly professional, quick and accurate.We are SO grateful and would HIGHLY recommend them and Damon!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Started out with what appeared to be a simple drain cleaning but turn out to be a broken pipe at the septic tank. This could have gone on without finding and the blockage problem continuing to reoccurring yearly.

Jordan Plumbing responded promptly and gave professional and courteous service. Highly Recommend!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
