I wish there were 10 star ratings! I cannot rate Carrboro plumbing highly enough!
We had completed a bathroom renovation using a different plumber (Unfortunately, I did not know about Carrboro plumbing at the time). We quickly discovered our dream bathroom had turned into a nightmare because the original plumber had botched the job, leaving multiple problems: a hand shower incorrectly installed, leaking tub faucets, and we were finding water in our crawl space. I was desperate to find someone I could trust to evaluate what was going on and make the necessary repairs.
I contacted Carrboro plumbing and Linda listened to my concerns with empathy and got us quickly scheduled. Jeff, the plumber, came out exactly on time and quickly figured out the problems we were having, including finding the source of the water in the crawl space- the original plumber never even connected the shower drain.
Part of our bathroom renovation had involved tiling the bathroom and shower. Jeff worked meticulously to problem solve a way to access the plumbing without cutting or damaging the tile. This was no easy feat because it involved cutting multiple small windows into the back of a built in entertainment center that was behind the bathroom wall, and working through those.
I am forever grateful to Jeff, Linda, and the Carrboro Plumbing team and can’t recommend them highly enough. We will never use a different plumber now that we’ve found these guys.
Their pricing is straightforward and fair. They clearly are experts at what they do, and work efficiently, but beyond that, they really seem to care. I know of very few people who would have taken the time to save the tile work that Jeff did. We are extremely grateful. I give Carrboro Plumbing my highest recommendations!!

Joe came by at the time he said he would be here. He looked at my HVAC systems, explained what was needed and how it would effect the heating and cooling of the house. I had decided on the options I liked and asked his opinion. He matched my choices told me that the higher option for on the units was the best option and that the one I had selected would provide exactly what I needed. He did not try to up sell me. He seems very honest and willing to work with me.

I called them at 7:30 pm about a leaking water heater. The next morning they provided a quote and by 2:30 that afternoon they had replaced the old water heater and brought the system up to code. The manager and owner were on site and provided excellent customer service. They are a great local company doing business the right way.

Told Eddie what was going on and he already seemed to know what the problem was. He came to the house and fixed the problem quickly.

Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Great rates! Will contact him again!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Never showed up during appointment window so cannot comment on quality of work or price. The dispatcher did call to inform of the delay, but ultimately canceled at 6PM for a 12PM-4PM window.

I cannot say how happy I am to have found the right plumbing team the first time around!
