Update: Once made aware of my dissatisfaction, the General Manager refunded me a little over 50% of what I paid for their services. He also informed me that they're in the midst of an entire price book overhaul & that they're trying to make it so the technician's have even more information regarding the pricing, so that they can better explain. I am modifying my review from 1 star to 3 stars, due to them working with me to come to a compromise.This company charges outrageous amounts in diagnostic fees! My HVAC system is under warranty & I was charged over $1,200 to have a contactor replaced! I had my entire HVAC system purchased & installed less than 3 years prior by another company for $4,500. I spent over $800 just for the issue to be diagnosed, so I guess the diagnostic rate is $800/hour. The charges are very confusing...my only line item that wasn't diagnostic charges was WARRANTY Contactor/ SHIPPING/PAPERWORKWARRANTY RELAY/ SHIPPING/PAPERWORK for $329. I kept asking my technician what this was because I'd initially thought the $800 covered labor & all. I told him I was not interested in an additional warranty to which he responded that charge was not for a warranty, it was for labor. I said I don't understand that because the line item says warranty. Then because I was so confused I said well if I don't agree to this charge are you going to fix my HVAC system to which he responded no. At that point I was so upset because I'd already signed for over $800 in charges & that wasn't even going to get anything fixed, so I signed for the additional $329 charge. I emailed the company my invoice & diagnostic information asking them to review it because I thought surely there was some sort of error. They did not respond back to me. Everyone I've spoken to about the issue, including some people that do the work, said what I was charged was highway robbery. I was very shocked by this experience because like most people I looked into reviews prior to selecting this company & they had high reviews.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Quick to respond to my inquire about adding a hose bibb. Was able to get me into the schedule in a day or two. Came out on-time and did a great job. Excellent experience and customer services all the way around. I will definitely use again.

My pipes were clogged and leaking for 2 years!!! I’ve had numerous plumbers come out and tell me nothing was wrong but i kept getting $400 water bills in a one family home i called 1800plumbers they had a plumber out the next day and found out the toilet stopper had corroded inside the toilet and was continuously running for years they fixed the issue and filled a hole in one of the pipes within hours. Great workers and great customer service will definitely recommend to others.

Organized, punctual and communicative. The techs know their
stuff and can explain it to the layman. Been using them a few
years now and I have no complaints.

JD did a good job responding quickly this morning and keeping me up to date on when the service Technician would be there. Joshua was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.. he had pictures and explained things well .
The pricing is on the high side, but I will do more research

Great customer service and the technician was knowledgeable in all the things I asked him about. Even recommended a company to redo the sheet rock in our ceiling. Especially, since we have a home warranty.
