Over my 39 years in Anchorage I have used three different major plumbing and heating businesses and some independent plumbers for a variety of jobs. I can always count on AP&H to take care of what I need as soon as possible and I have used only them for the past several years. They have replaced plumbing fixtures, serviced my boiler, replaced dryer ductwork between floors, dug a well for and installed a sump pump in a cramped and damp space and other minor jobs. The techs are always pleasant and their office staff too.

We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

What a great company. The gentleman that owns and operates is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also pretty funny. Had a septic mainline clogged and he came out right on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming. He was an Incredibly respectful person, these types of people are rare in Alaska any more. They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Jeff with Cassidy's plumbing & Heating worked on my boiler system and made the neccessary repairs to get it up and running in tip top condition. He listened to my complaints about my boiler setup and evaluated the system and provided me the information I needed to get it repaired properly. He was very professional and knowledgable in all areas of plumbing and boiler operation. He diid only what needed to be done, he didn't try to sell me on getting other things done that weren't needed like others i have dealt with in the past. Great Business! I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. We had water from our kitchen sink leaking through the sealing of the downstairs bedroom. Turns out it was a defect during manufacturing of the pipes installed when the house was built. Kurdel was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and got the pipes replaced very quickly with no more leaks. I would highly recommend Flow Star.
