Best Water Heater Maintenance in Anchorage AK

After sending phots & discussing scope of a small project, they failed to arrive, not just at the agreed time, but at all! We rescheduled 2 more times and I was shined off each time. Very disappointing!

Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.

I bought a tune up and inspection package for my furnace and Demetrius, a technician came out, I was there the whole time, seeing what he does and asked a lot of questions. He answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain.I would request him again for me next tune up.

I don’t recommend this company. Ever!

Without asking or consulting, employee went against my directions (AND the instruction of the gas fireplace installer) and he put a very noticeable hole in my carpet and installed a VERY NOTICEABLE gas valve smack dab in the middle of the gas fireplace line of sight. Was supposed to have been installed way off to the side and since he was using flexible hose it should have been an easy job. Owner was notified and did nothing.

After calling them last winter for a furnace that stopped working they did show up a lot quicker than expected, which was greatly appreciated. Had to call them for an issue recently, furnace still under warranty, and they did honor it😁. They have been professional and friendly.

They will get the job done, but the overall experience is more painful than a double root canal.
