I called Plumbing & Heating Doctor to diagnose an in-wall drain that was backing up with suds from the Washing Machine and they came out same-day without hesitation. They asked appropriate questions to diagnose the issue and gain an understanding of the problem. They ended up checking the crawlspace, snaking the drain and testing the appliance to see if the problem could still be replicated. While they were here - I also asked for some advice regarding our water softener and filter and they shared some tips on both ways to save money and perform the maintenance myself. The technician was very knowledgeable & thorough and the price was very reasonable. I would without a doubt use these guys again for either plumbing or HVAC troubleshooting, installation or remodeling.

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.

Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.

This is one of the worst plumbing and heating companies in Alaska. They “sold us” on a Wells McLean ‘Ultra’ boiler system which completely failed after a few years of use. We had a few leaks and other problems after installation too. The quality of work was not good. When we called to complain we didn’t get much help. The technician turned out to be a relative of the owner? and at that point realized what a mistake it was to use them. We definitely don’t recommend using this company. Extreme Heating & Air are a much better choice.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. These guys are as crooked and dishonest as they come. Had what I thought was a quote coming, though they had logged it as a service call. With nothing to service, the tech promised me a quote for a boiler replacement and left. Mark at the office then immediately emailed demanding $130 for the “service call.” His rudeness, lack of class and tact leave you feeling in need of a shower. End result is I will NEVER do business with Circle Plumbing, and suggest you do not either.
