I was very lucky that I found these people. They fit me in quickly, showed up on time, and patiently explained the issues. They are friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. And most importantly trust worthy.

Aiden arrived on time to take care of a clogged drain and assessed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost depending on what needed to be done, either remove and clear the trap or snake deeper. He completed the work quickly and I paid via credit card. It was quick and easy and he did quality work.

They did a great job and were timely

I broke my tub faucet off trying to fix it myself. It was after normal business hours and now I had no water in the house! I called Flow Star and talked with Steve. He sent Jarrod over with a new faucet within the hour. Jarrod made quick work of a bad situation and had me fixed up in about two hours. He even cleaned out the mess in the tub!! Extremely quick and friendly service! The gentleman stated he had two jobs ahead of my office and he would be over afterwards...he was at my office within 20 mins and the clogged toilet was cleared within 5 mins or less. Randy was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and my call was answered (unlike the three other places I called and had to leave a message.) Very happy customer, thanks One Stop!

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

I hired All-Star Plumbing & Heating for some plumbing repairs and upgrades and heating system maintenance. Ashley was the service professional who came out and he did a great job. He was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and proficient. I would definitely recommend them!

The Technician was awesome. (Michael.) He was very thorough and tracked down the problem. I am disabled and elderly and he was patient and communicated everything clearly. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate Living Waters for all the help they gave me.

Courtesy Flush should be flushed
Theo came to my place to repair a broken toilet drain. After evaluating the problem at 8 p m I suggested doing the job the next day at 8 am. Theo agreed and promised to be back at my place to fix my toilet so we could use it the next day
Theo never showed up on 7/30/19 at 8 am l called, texted no response. The telephone on your stupid website is disconneted. I shall file a small claims action against this terrible company. If you are an honest person l would not call Courtesy Flush. My experience with them was awfull and they are not reliable . Hope they go out of business and Theo dies. Ernest Thomas

We had an after hours emergency involving a burst pipe in our heating system at a time when below zero temps for over a week meant that everyone in town was swamped. Curtis got to us fast, resolved the issue quickly, and even left a space heater with us overnight. We'll definitely be going back to mountain mechanical for any future needs!

He was very professional and prompt

A+ gets an F in customer service and scheduling appointments due to the owner (Becky)...not friendly. Even after you expressed the intent to educate us on a septic system that you installed we were unable to gain that knowledge. Thank you to the technician that came out and did a great job, sorry you were micromanaged during the process.

907 heating & plumbing did a fantastic job. Couple days before having them I had a nother company come out to diagnose a leak and that company told me they would have to repipe the entire heating system from the bathtub all the way downstairs in the garage.
I called 907 heating & plumbing for a second advice and they found the actual leak which was my tub being cracked. Had nothing to do with repiping. While they were here they also noticed some valves that were leaking and replaced those and gave me other things to think about replacing next time.
Overall great attitude, hardworking, great people.
