These guys are amazing! We've had our pipes freeze up three times this winter. They have always come to the rescue! They come basically right away, steam them out and are cheap! The guys are very knowledable as well. They always know what to do after they fix my pipes so that the problem stays away for as long as possible. I highly recommend them and will not go to any other plumbing company!

Dangerously dishonest silent assassins.

I had a serious problem with calcium deposits from my on-demand water heater. All faucets were clogged as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Ryan was quick to respond and his crew fixed my problems. They also completed other needed repairs. I fully recommend Big State Mechanical and will use them for any future plumbing problems. Great service

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!

I called for an estimate for a simple home project and the person I talked to was condescending and didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain. If that’s how they treat people who are potential customers, I’m glad I didn’t end up using them.
