We had a water heater that was 24 years old , needed an emergency replacement. These guys were able to help us instantly and at a affordable price. Job was done same day and we didn’t have to wait days or a month without hot water. Huge lifesavers! Very thankful for a family of 6. We highly recommend this company 100%. When I called Flow Star I got in touch with the owner/plumber Kurdel. I told him the issue I was having and after requesting the brand of my hot water heater, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Within a couple hours he was at my home and repairing the issue. While he was at my home, he showed me precisely the problem with the hot water heater, a couple options to fix the issue, and had it completed within an hour. He was easy to converse with, personable, and professional. I will call him again in the future for anything plumbing related!

Call twice about an appointment that we had scheduled, then texted after to confirm and all was on schedule. Then 30 minutes prior I find out they can’t make it, after I call them. Terrible first impression.

The Sound Mechanical team plummed an addition to our home in Eagle River. They had to come back and tie in to the main house after finish work was completed.

I have had Don at my house for many different issues over the past 15 years for plumbing and boiler needs. He has always been efficient, helpful, punctual and reasonably priced. If he is out of town or can't fit me in quickly he will refer another plumber who has always been able to help. I highly recommend Don and his company.

Excellent service from the first call (friendly and efficient), to quick follow up and scheduling, finishing with a great hot water heater installation. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful and gave great service over all. Their pricing was very fair. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, even with slightly better pricing, because of the service Circle Plumbing provided. I dealt with Megan (on the phone) and Aaron (Plumber) the most, and they were rock stars, and I had a couple quick interactions with others on the phone, and received great service across the board.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
