We can't say enough good things about our experience with Flow Star! Kurdel was fantastic to work with right out of the gates. Having used to work in construction and property management myself, I have had to work closely with numerous contractors and tradesmen, I can say with confidence that Kurdel is one of the best. We contacted him on a Friday afternoon (I called several contractors and he was the first and turns out only to call me back) He was able to look at the pictures I sent him and give me an estimate over the phone and schedule the service for the very next day. He showed up on time and prepared to get straight to work and knocked out the demo and installation without any issues, he also made the necessary upgrades to get us up to code since our existing unit was 30 years old. Kurdel texted me that night to make sure that things were running smoothly and reminded to to adjust the temperature to our liking. He followed up with me again today (Monday) to make sure that we hadn't run into any issues. Kurdel's communication is Top Notch!! We have definitely found our contractor for any future plumbing at our home or business and we will be sure to refer him to all our friends!!

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. Over the years, Circle has done a variety of work for us and it's always top notch (new hot water heater, regular maintenance/repair work, etc.). But the reason I'm writing this is because Circle came to our house within an hour of the 7.0 earthquake and fixed our flooding hot water heater. They were calm and collected during a crazy time and got the leak stopped immediately. They also checked for broken gas lines while they were there. Great company!

Practical Remodeling is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They show up on time, they care about the quality of their work and they work with their customers. These guys are amazing and provide a quality service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for future projects.
