Best Plumbing Inspection in Anchorage AK

Amazing father and son duo! Both named Isaac, they were friendly, fast and informative. Super cool guys and easy to talk to. They came within the hour of our call and saved the day. Our pipes were backed up and sewage was coming out of our tub and our laundry room drain. They told us what to look for incase it happens again... what to use and not to use. Just awesome people! Thanks guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

It is a little early to judge the overall experience. Joe was very professional and amiable and got right down to work and solved my problem. During the repair an essential piece went down the drain. The repair completion is on hold until a replacement piece arrives. I will be interested to see how much more the job costs due to the piece lost by the technician.

If you have an appointment with them, be prepared for them to just show up when they please. Had an appointment, was informed 5 minutes before my appointment time that he (Matt) would be 2 HOURS late. Are you kidding me, send someone else then, I have a job like everyone else that I need to get back to. Nope, so I waited for 3 hours before giving up and heading back to work because I had to pick up my kids..in route, Matt calls and wants to come now 3 hours and 15 minutes passed the appointment time. Tried to call their office 6 times, finally I get an answer and told I'm sorry, the manager is helping another customer and he will call you back very shortly. Never received a call back. I have a job in customer service and if I did that to my customers, my butt would be in hot water. Worse than the cable company...we will be there between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle and hire someone else who is more dependable. I hired them initially by the good reviews here...so I didn't expect this kind of treatment at all and even to a military servicemember. Thanks for wasting 3.5 hours of my day, my time is precious too you know.

UPDATE: I received a call from their office at 4:15 p.m. apologizing and wanting to reschedule...more than 4 hours after my appointment. Why in the hell would I want to do that so you can waste more of my time. I waited 2 days for my appointment...and now had to hire another company but cant get out for 4 days. So, them not showing up made me deal with my furnace issue for 6 days. Save yourself the hassle folks!

These guys are always super efficient, clean and get the job done. Thank you to Justin for coming by on a Sunday to save our stuck shower drain right before our guests showed up!

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

The General Manager Jack Meyer is a pleasure to work with. Jacks team came out and replaced our Trane furnace in no time at all. They were true professionals and very respectful. We would never call call anyone else for our HVAC. Thanks for being so fast and efficient. Weather in Alaska is no joke. Diamond Heating is the best!

My service tech was a no-show. Didn’t even have the courtesy to return my phone call after they never showed up. I left work early for this and I still have a clogged kitchen drain. Now it will be two days for a different company to show up. So disappointed.
Edit: I was called the next morning and they explained and apologized for the issue. They have set up a time today to help me out.

Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.

Was referred to the agency by my property manager Jim H. I called and they answered and came right away to see what could be done with our 3 different toilets that were having issues. I have had multiple plumbers here over the years and had such a great customer service experience this time around. Quotes and prices were great especially with the speedy service that was offered. Will reach out to this company again if issues in the future since not always do companies know how to work on our commercial type property.

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment. Some businesses don’t even call back or take weeks. From the initial call, estimate, and installation Moore Heating was a great choice.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++

Late and disappeared after turning our heat off in 10 degree weather only to message they would be back. Never showed back up, didn’t answer calls or messages forcing us to spend more money by calling other plumbers. Do not recommend
