Best Maintenance Heating in Anchorage AK

Sage Mechanical has always been professional and courteous whenever I have needed their services! Would definitely recommend!

Not sure what's going on here. They've been over twice now and first there was a smell coming from the furnace, it snowed a lot my aunt suggested maybe all the snow clogged up the vent, now the vent on the wall just outside and above on the wall in the furnace is super noisy. It's odd. Not sure what I think of the company in terms of repairs. We called and scheduled for 8:00AM today. The vent on the wall just outside the furnace was super noisy since they left.
I called reception. The first time I was not put on the wait list at 3:30pm. they put us on the wait list during the second call at 5:45 I told them I had to get to work during the first call reception failed in communicating any further information than you've been added to the wait list including not telling me there were 3 people in need of services ahead of me meaning this could be anything from a 2 hour wait to an 8 hour wait who knows.

UpDate: a journeyman came over on Monday fixed the noisy fan and all else seems well

Diamond Heating took care of us when our old Trane forced-air furnace died. I'm sure any heating company can work on every brand of furnace, but I looked on the Trane website and Diamond Heating is the only authorized Trane dealer/installer/repair in Anchorage, so I gave them a call. Cece made us a priority, and she kept me informed through the process. It took their two installers about four hours to replace our furnace and the surrounding ductwork, and their work looks great. The new Trane furnace has features the old one didn't, works so much better and uses a lot less energy, and we are now good for another 20-25 years. Would recommend.

I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. I had a brand new water heater installed by Gene and team on 6/21/23. Top notch experience, no complaints. They came to take a look when the water heater failed and gave me the options to replace it or repair it to last a little longer. I chose to replace it with the nicer coil heater that connects to the boiler.

Unfortunately, the job proved complicated. They had to contend with figuring out how the last guys configured it, taking the boiler out to get both it and water heater to fit, and suffering a hand injury and needing to call in someone else to help. But they stuck with it all day and the new set up looks great. I really appreciate their work, and the warm shower I was able to take. I will be using Mountain Mechanical in the future.

My husband and I rent a unit through a rental property here in Anchorage. Their maintenance team rented out the services of Kleb’s Mechanical to do an inspection on our boiler/ furnace. We received a missed call from Peter stating that he was suppose to be at our unit 3 hours prior but he was held up at another job. He then stated he could be at our unit in 15- 30 minutes and to give him a call back to confirm. We called Peter back right after the missed call and told him at that exact moment of the call we were not at our house but could be there in 10 minutes. He then proceeded to tell us never mind we can just reschedule. Fast forward to today, my husband and I received a bill for $230.05 for a “no showed” appointment. I am very frustrated and angry at the lack of professionalism coming from this company and from Peter. It seems like they wanted to make money and not do their job. I would not recommend using their services.

*EDIT TO ADD AFTER KLEB'S RESPONSE* This response from Kleb's you see below is just avoiding the entire point of my review. But in response, we had already spoken with our rental property management company (PRIOR to even writing this review) who told us Kleb's billed them to then bill us for this no-showed appointment. I even called Kleb's a few weeks ago to try and figure out why we were billed for a no-showed appointment when it was their worker who told us we needed to re-schedule even though we were ok with him coming over that day. I was speaking to the manager at Kleb's and he told me that it was my word against his workers and even if his worker did say this, he did not want to reprimand or fire his workers because he was already having a hard time finding workers right now. I never once even said that I wanted anyone fired or reprimanded? I only wanted to have someone look into what I was saying and have something done about it/ have the charges dropped/ something along those lines. He told me to calm down, appreciate the little things in life, and not worry about the small bill. He then went on a rant about his personal life and time in the hospital which was completely un-related to the concern I was bringing up. With the lack of concern coming from the manager, I knew I had lost this battle and ended up paying the fine anyway but I would NEVER recommend using Kleb's services. They are so very unprofessional and will NOT look into customer's concerns!!
