They came to check heating system and made some adjustments. Then came back to install new system. Came back 3or 4 times to make adjustments. But very prompt and helpful. Had to adjust a couple times so new system would match where room heat controls were on walls

Most places were weeks out, and they had someone here in 2 days. Very friendly and professional tech. Made sure everything was solid before leaving. Great service!

First time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I do a good deal of remodel projects around Eagle River and the Valley. Greg became my Go-To plumber the very first job he did for me. He was almost too fast for me. Had to adjust my schedule. Have never been disappointed since. He even laughs at my jokes! In all seriousness, He runs a great crew. I have heard of miracles before but thought they only happened to other people. Flow Star was able to somehow fit me in for a time sensitive underground sewer rough-in on a two-day lead time when another company didn’t work out. (In the middle of June, no less.) Kurdel and his employees were courteous, consummate professionals and the communication was flawless from start to finish. They represent the best of the skilled trades and I couldn’t be more pleased to involve them on our project. I am an executive in the housing development field and I know quality in the workforce when I see it. I highly recommend their services to the community without reservation.

I woke up to a loud bang and no hot water on the first -11F day of the year. I called my usual handyman, but after getting no response my boss recommended Mountain Mechanical. I was in and out of my house all morning but they had a tech out in under an hour, figured out what went wrong and were able to explain their process from assessment, to repair, and what I can do to avoid having to call them in the future.
