I arrived home yesterday from the store to find my water heater literally busting at the seams (spraying straight out of a nail and over flowing). After being told by another company they wouldn't come out till the next day, I was assigned Flow Star by my home warranty company.
They were out here in less than an hour. And immediately told me I would need a new heater (which I had highly suspected). Tino explained to me what he thought the underlying cause of the issue was.
On the spot they asked me if I wanted it replaced that day, submitted a quote to my insurance company, and got a new one delivered.
Tino did a great job with installation and took the time to explain the pilot afterwards.

Joe came in to check our current garage heater, gave us a quote wth gasline installation in our kitchen. Got us scheduled the next week. Great customer service from Joe. Highly recommend to use Dimond Heating.

We hired this company to service our Rennai gas heater that we have in our home. When the technician went to go put the gas heater back together, it would not turn on. We had to then go buy parts and put them in ourselves. We figured out that the problem was the technician never put cables that were supposed to be connected back in. We called the owner and we spoke with a supervisor and in the end, the company made it right. They took care of it and for that, we are grateful.

Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves.

Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. He was done in a bit over an hour, re-plumbed the pipes that he noticed were seized up and leaking, and gave us recommendations for keeping our water heater maintained better in the future!

We really can't say enough good things about Kevin! He's our first call from now on!

The Sound Mechanical team plummed an addition to our home in Eagle River. They had to come back and tie in to the main house after finish work was completed.

Having water issues, he called, talked me thru what to do, to stop anymore damage! Called every plumber in the book, no response. Then Don called not once, but twice and text. I call that exceptional service!

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment. Mark from Ak. Plumbing came & replaced my old water heater. He did an excellent job and had it working in under 3 hours.

I had used them many years ago, as Mountain View Mechanical. I reported them to BBB, but Mt View Mechanical, never responded. They had said I needed hundreds dollars of repair done. I got someone else to come out and I didn't need them done,..So beware. They just changed their name.
