I had not used Drain Masters, but I did call them as I had quite a problem with a drain in a commercial building. I had no idea the extent of the problem, but as the minutes ticked away the water kept coming back up through the floor drain in the common laundry room. Steve M at Drain Masters really understood what was happening and helped make the problem go away for both the tenants and me. Not 24 hours I called last night no one picked up. Left a message still no response..been almost 12 hours. Idk who made thier website but there support 24/7 is false.

After a burst pipe in our garage we called 10 different companies who either didn’t answer or wouldn’t come out! Plumbing & Heating Doctor answered quickly and had someone sent out within an hour! Mountain Mechanical did a great job fixing our leaky pipe! Curtis was there right when they said he would be, fixed the leak quickly, and charged us less than I thought it would be.

I called around for quotes from several business to have my residential septic tank pumped. After several companies failed to return my calls, and one no-showed on a scheduled appointment, I called A+ Home Services... They came out a day later and did a phenomenal job for a very competitive price. The technician, Owen, was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I paid my invoice that day over the phone with ease. They’ve earned my business for years to come.

I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. His employee Jesse was very polite and efficient and went the extra mile. I own a rental property and will be calling these folks for all of our pluming/HVAC needs. Thank you Jake and Jesse!

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.
